1 Giới thiệu tổng quan

Ứng dụng Shuzuko Home được phát triển để hỗ trợ người dùng theo dõi và quản lý hệ thống nhà thông minh cá nhân (công tơ điện tử, aptomat, đèn, nhiệt độ, các thiết bị IoT) thông qua nền tảng mã nguồn mở Home Assistant và dịch vụ Google Firebase.

Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và cam kết tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google Play. Văn bản này trình bày chi tiết cách thức dữ liệu được xử lý một cách minh bạch và an toàn.

2 Thông tin tiếp nhận và Mục đích sử dụng

Thông tin tài khoản: Khi bạn đăng nhập hoặc đăng ký tài khoản qua Google Firebase Authentication, ứng dụng tiếp nhận email, tên hiển thị và ID người dùng để định danh và bảo vệ tài khoản của bạn.
Cấu hình máy chủ Home Assistant: Người dùng cấu hình địa chỉ máy chủ (Server URL) và mã truy cập (Long-Lived Access Token) để ứng dụng có thể hiển thị dữ liệu nhà bạn.

Cam kết bảo mật tuyệt đối cho Token Home Assistant:

Mã Access Token và URL máy chủ Home Assistant được lưu trữ cục bộ 100% trên bộ nhớ mã hóa của chính điện thoại bạn. Ứng dụng kết nối trực tiếp từ máy của bạn tới máy chủ Home Assistant cá nhân qua giao thức bảo mật (HTTPS / WebSocket WSS). Chúng tôi không bao giờ thu thập, chuyển tiếp hay lưu trữ các thông tin này lên bất kỳ máy chủ trung gian nào.

Dữ liệu cảm biến & chỉ số điện năng: Các thông số như công suất tiêu thụ (W), điện áp (V), dòng điện (A), dòng rò (mA), nhiệt độ (°C) và trạng thái đóng/ngắt Aptomat được truyền trực tiếp từ máy chủ Home Assistant của bạn về điện thoại để hiển thị tức thì theo thời gian thực (Zero-delay Realtime). Dữ liệu này không bị thu thập, phân tích hay bán cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.

3 Quyền truy cập ứng dụng (Android Permissions)

Để bảo đảm an toàn dữ liệu, Shuzuko Home chỉ yêu cầu 2 quyền mạng cơ bản:

android.permission.INTERNET: Cho phép ứng dụng trao đổi dữ liệu qua mạng với Firebase và máy chủ Home Assistant cá nhân của bạn.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Cho phép kiểm tra trạng thái mạng (Wi-Fi, 4G/5G) để tự động phục hồi kết nối WebSocket khi có mạng trở lại.

Ứng dụng hoàn toàn không yêu cầu các quyền nhạy cảm như: vị trí địa lý (Location), danh bạ (Contacts), máy ảnh (Camera), ghi âm (Microphone) hoặc bộ nhớ tệp ngoài (External Storage).

4 Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba (Third-party Services)

Ứng dụng sử dụng dịch vụ của Google Firebase (Google LLC) cho tính năng xác thực tài khoản (Firebase Authentication) và lưu trữ cài đặt giao diện (Cloud Firestore). Bạn có thể xem chi tiết chính sách bảo mật của Google tại: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5 Bảo mật dữ liệu (Data Security)

Mọi kết nối mạng từ ứng dụng tới máy chủ Home Assistant và Firebase đều được mã hóa bằng giao thức Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS/WSS) tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi sự can thiệp của bên thứ ba trong quá trình truyền tải.

6 Quyền kiểm soát & Xóa dữ liệu (Data Deletion)

Chúng tôi đảm bảo quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu hoàn toàn thuộc về bạn:

Bạn có thể ngắt kết nối hoặc xóa cấu hình Home Assistant bất kỳ lúc nào tại màn hình Cài đặt.
Bạn có thể xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu lưu trữ cục bộ trên máy bằng cách vào: Cài đặt điện thoại > Ứng dụng > Shuzuko Home > Lưu trữ > Xóa dữ liệu.
Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản: Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa hoàn toàn tài khoản và dữ liệu liên kết trên Firebase bằng cách gửi email tới shuzukochan@gmail.com hoặc truy cập cổng thông tin xóa tài khoản riêng bên dưới.

7 Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em

Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

1 Introduction

Shuzuko Home provides smart home monitoring and automation (smart energy meters, circuit breakers, lighting, temperature, and IoT sensors) through personal Home Assistant instances and Google Firebase services.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Google Play's User Data policies. This policy transparently explains how your data is handled.

2 Information Collection & Usage

Account Information: When signing in with Firebase Authentication, we store your email address, display name, and unique user ID solely to authenticate and manage your login session.
Home Assistant Connection Credentials: Users provide their Home Assistant Server URL and Long-Lived Access Token to fetch metrics.

Strict Home Assistant Credential Privacy Guarantee:

Your Home Assistant Access Token and Server URL are stored strictly locally on your device in secure storage. All communication occurs directly between your mobile device and your private Home Assistant server over encrypted HTTPS / WebSocket (WSS). We never collect, relay, or store these tokens on any third-party or intermediary server.

Sensor & Power Metrics: Real-time electricity metrics (power wattage, voltage, current, leakage, temperature, and breaker switch states) are streamed directly from your Home Assistant server to your phone for instant live display. This telemetry data is never harvested, tracked, or sold to third parties.

3 Android Permissions

To preserve device integrity and security, Shuzuko Home requests only two fundamental network permissions:

android.permission.INTERNET: Required to establish secure network connections with Firebase and your personal Home Assistant server.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to monitor connectivity (Wi-Fi / Mobile data) and automatically reconnect WebSocket streams.

The app does not request or access sensitive permissions such as Location, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or External Storage.

4 Third-Party Services

We utilize Google Firebase (Google LLC) for secure user authentication and preference storage. For details, please review Google's Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5 Data Security

All network communications between the mobile application, Firebase, and your Home Assistant server are strictly encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS / WSS).

6 Data Retention & User Rights (Data Deletion)

You retain full authority over your data:

You can disconnect or clear Home Assistant server settings at any time within the app's Settings screen.
You can purge all locally stored credentials and cache via Android Settings > Apps > Shuzuko Home > Storage > Clear Data.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Firebase user account and associated cloud data. Simply contact our support team at shuzukochan@gmail.com or visit our dedicated account deletion portal below.
